Class 2 focuses on helping mental health professionals develop culturally humble strategies for working with Black women. A “CE You! Plus” Full Day Friday Webinar! Class 1 is an Ethics and Cultural Competence training that examines racial disparities and the impact of racial colorblindness. Class 2 will utilize the conventional and expanded Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) studies to discuss how racial trauma impacts the physical, social, and psychological health of individuals and communities. Participants will recognize systemic oppressions, confront implicit bias and engage in dialogue around racial healing, empowerment and equity.
