Emotional Freedom Technique: Foundational Skills

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Meridian Tapping, is an evidence-based technique that can resolve physical pain and emotional distress in a matter of minutes. Understand the basics of diagnosis and treatment, and learn the simplest way to “get things moving” for resistant cases. Learn how to use it for yourself and your clients, explore specific protocols for physical and emotional pain, stress, trauma, and practitioner’s self-care.

In this training you will learn the primary and the secondary “tapping points”.  You will gain an understanding of the use of tapping points for reducing physical pain, stress, and trauma. Participants will learn and apply the basic tapping protocol in their work with clients. Parking

Situated  on well-manicured grounds in Southeast Washington, DC, the Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC)  offers free parking on well-lit grounds. There is additional street parking as well.

Bus

Traveling by bus, take the W2 or W3 and be dropped off right in front of THEARC. Bus 94 will let riders off at Savannah and 19th Street for a short walk down the hill to THEARC. Bus 32 will drop riders off on Southern Avenue, just 0.35 miles from THEARC.

Metro

Metro riders travel to the Southern Avenue Station on the Green Line and walk 0.35 miles to THEARC.
